Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onions and sauté until translucent. Stir in ground beef, garlic powder, and cumin; cook until browned.
  2. Pour half of the red enchilada sauce into the skillet and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Fill each tortilla with the meat mixture, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
