- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori spice mix, and minced garlic. Coat chicken breasts in this marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear marinated chicken for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Place seared chicken on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes, until cooked through.
- Slice the crusty bread lengthwise and brush both sides with olive oil and remaining minced garlic.
- Once the chicken is cooked, shred or slice it and layer it on the garlic bread halves. Top with fresh cilantro before slicing into pieces.
