Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Rinse beef ribs under cold water and pat dry. Trim excess fat if desired.
- In a bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, and brown sugar. Rub this mixture generously over both sides of the ribs.
- Place seasoned ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil and cover tightly with another piece of foil. Bake for about 3 hours until tender.
- Remove from oven and brush BBQ sauce on both sides of the ribs.
- Increase oven temperature to broil. Return ribs uncovered for an additional 5-7 minutes until bubbly.
