  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Rinse beef ribs under cold water and pat dry. Trim excess fat if desired.
  3. In a bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, and brown sugar. Rub this mixture generously over both sides of the ribs.
  4. Place seasoned ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil and cover tightly with another piece of foil. Bake for about 3 hours until tender.
  5. Remove from oven and brush BBQ sauce on both sides of the ribs.
  6. Increase oven temperature to broil. Return ribs uncovered for an additional 5-7 minutes until bubbly.
