- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 small onion, finely sliced
- Dill pickles, to taste
- 4 burger buns (brioche or whole wheat)

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground halal beef with salt and pepper. Mix gently without overworking the meat.
- Shape into four patties slightly larger than the buns.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375°F/190°C). Grill patties for 4-5 minutes on one side until grill marks appear.
- Flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
- Add sliced onions on top of each patty during the last minute of grilling.
- Toast burger buns on the grill. Assemble burgers with patties, pickles, onions, and any additional toppings.
